Functional Description of Bottle Filling Application
The purpose of this process is to fill up bottles with our fake secret juice. The ingredients used in our secret juice are lemon, water and sugar.The secret of this juice is in the percentage of ingredients we use and the way we cook it.
Preparation of the Juice
For every 100Liter of mix we use the following measures:
- 25 L of Sugar
- 35 L of Lemon
- 40 L of Water
Once the ingredient measures is right then we need to mix them all for 5 minutes.
Next we need to cook it at 60-degree Celsius and voila our fake secret juice is ready to be filled in the bottles.
Filling up the Bottles
First we have a conveyor that transfers the bottles under the filling machine and fills up the bottle exactly 1 L each. Second, the bottle will continue till they get under the cap machine and cap will be hooked to the bottle. Then they will pass in front a spray machine to be labeled. Finally every 12 bottles will be filled in a box.
Now our juice is ready for distribution.
